Dr. Sami Abdel Halim Saeed is the Founder of Cross Regional Law Firm (CRLF) and a distinguished legal expert with over three decades of experience spanning national practice and international diplomacy. Since beginning his career in 1992, Dr. Sami has established himself as a premier authority in Public Law and International Legal Consulting.
Before founding CRLF to serve a global clientele, Dr. Sami spent 15 years as a Legal Advisor to the United Nations. His international portfolio includes work as a legal expert for embassies and intergovernmental organizations in Sudan. This background enables him to connect local regulatory requirements with the needs of international NGOs and multinational corporations.
Dr. Sami is a multifaceted practitioner with a PhD in Public Law and a Master’s in Legal Translation. His expertise includes registering foreign companies and international organizations, drafting Country Agreements for International Nongovernmental Organizations, and navigating complex labor and social security frameworks. He is also a licensed Trademark Agent and a recognized expert in both Muslim and non-Muslim Personal Status Law.
Beyond his legal practice, Dr. Sami is a sought-after consultant in organizational development, providing high-level training in leadership and management for non-governmental organizations.
